1. Before you come

  • Book ahead. Walk-ins are welcome, but a booking shortens the wait. Send your preferred date, the treatment you are interested in, and any questions by WhatsApp or the booking form. We usually reply with availability within 24 hours.
  • Bring your passport. It is required to register you as a patient on your first visit.
  • Tell us about your health. Pregnancy or breastfeeding, blood thinners, isotretinoin (Accutane), recent fillers, threads or laser elsewhere, allergies, keloid history. This decides which treatments are safe for you.
  • Come with light or no makeup for skin treatments. Makeup can be removed at the clinic.
  • Plan your schedule. A first visit with consultation and treatment usually takes 1 to 2 hours. For treatments with numbing cream (Ultherapy, Rejuran, skin boosters, Aptos) allow 30 extra minutes.

2. Getting here

From Incheon Airport (ICN): Airport Limousine Bus 6007 stops right in front of Fairfield by Marriott Seoul Yeongdeungpo, about 80 minutes. By train, take AREX to Seoul Station and Line 1 to Yeongdeungpo Station, about 75 minutes. A taxi takes 60–70 minutes.

From Gimpo Airport (GMP): Taxi 25–35 minutes, or Line 5 to Singil and Line 1 to Yeongdeungpo, about 35 minutes.

By subway: Line 1 Yeongdeungpo Station, Exit 5. Walk 200 m to the hotel and take the elevator or escalator to the 2nd floor.

Parking: Fairfield by Marriott underground parking. Enter between Starbucks and the hotel.

A look inside

Inside the hotel, the clinic is a calm, clean and quiet space with private treatment rooms. Framed silk scarves from the director's collection hang along the corridor and in the waiting areas, so each space has its own picture. Here is what you will see when you arrive.

3. Your visit, step by step

  1. Registration. Passport check and a short medical questionnaire in English or Chinese, about 5 minutes.
  2. Coordinator consultation. Your coordinator listens to your concerns in your language and explains the options.
  3. Doctor consultation. The doctor examines your skin and recommends a plan. You are never pressured into extra treatments.
  4. Written quote. All prices are shown before anything starts, with no hidden fees.
  5. Preparation. Cleansing and numbing cream if the treatment needs it (20–30 minutes).
  6. Genuine products, opened in front of you. Single-use products such as Thermage tips, fillers, Rejuran and skin boosters are unsealed at your bedside so you can check the brand, volume and expiry date.
  7. Treatment by the doctor, with your coordinator present if you wish.
  8. Aftercare. Written aftercare instructions and a direct contact for questions after you leave Korea.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are quoted in Korean won (KRW). 10% VAT is added at payment.
  • Each treatment page shows a starting price. Current monthly programs are on the Offers page.
  • Pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, AMEX), Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay or cash in Korean won. An itemized receipt is provided.
  • The VAT refund scheme for foreign visitors' cosmetic treatments ended in January 2026, so tax-refund service is not currently available.

5. After your treatment

  • Downtime depends on the treatment. For skin boosters and device treatments, redness, small bumps or mild swelling usually settle within 1 to 3 days; thread lifts and fillers can involve swelling or bruising for several days or more. Your coordinator will explain what to expect for your specific treatment.
  • Avoid sauna, heavy exercise, alcohol and strong sun for 24–48 hours after injections and energy-based treatments.
  • Questions after you get home? Message us on WhatsApp or WeChat with a photo. Our coordinators reply in English and Chinese during clinic hours.
  • Ultherapy, Thermage, Onda, Rejuran, Re2O, CellREDM and stem cell boosters work gradually over weeks to months. The timing differs by treatment; see each treatment page for a guide.

6. Changing or cancelling

Plans change when you travel. If you need to move or cancel your appointment, message us as early as you can and we will rearrange it. Same-day changes are usually possible, but a late arrival may shorten the time available for your treatment.

7. Who will take care of you

A clinic that local Korean patients keep coming back to, with many returning visitors and referrals. Our doctors have 5 to 14 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology, and two Chinese-speaking coordinators guide international patients from the first message to aftercare.
