QDo I need an appointment?▼
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting. You can book through our online form, WhatsApp, or LINE.
QCan I get treatment on the same day as my consultation?▼
Yes. In most cases, consultation and treatment can be done on the same day — including Botox, fillers, skin boosters, and lifting procedures.
QDo you speak English or Chinese?▼
Yes. English and Chinese-speaking coordinators are available on site, so you can consult comfortably without a translator.
QHow do I get there from Incheon Airport?▼
Take Airport Limousine Bus 6007 — it stops right in front of Fairfield by Marriott Seoul. The ride takes about 80 minutes. We are on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and Yeongdeungpo Station Exit 5 is a 2-minute walk away.
QWhat payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept credit/debit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Apple Pay.
QHow much do treatments cost?▼
All prices are disclosed in advance — no hidden fees. Every product is opened in front of the patient. Please see our Booking page or contact us for current event prices.
QDo you offer tax refund (VAT refund)?▼
No. Medical services in Korea are not eligible for tax refund, so we do not provide VAT refund service.
QIs parking available?▼
Yes. You can use the Fairfield by Marriott underground parking. Enter between Starbucks and the hotel, then take the escalator to the 2nd floor.
